1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 cups icing sugar (240g)

Instructions

Mix Brown Sugar, Butter, and Sweetened Condensed Milk in a large microwavable bowl ( 2 litre)
Microwave on high for 8-9 min – until a steady boil, stirring every minute
Add icing sugar and mix until smooth and starting to thicken up – 2 – 3 minutes
Pour into an 8×8 pan and let cool before cutting
