- In a large mixing bowl beat butter and peanut butter with an electric mixer on medium for 30 sec. Add white sugar, brown sugar baking soda and baking powder – Beat till combined. Beat in egg and vanilla and mix till combined. Mix in flour till combined. Cover and chill 30 minutes
- Shape dough into 1 inch balls and place 2″ apart on baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven at 375 for 8-10 minutes until bottoms are lightly browned
- Place one Peanut Butter cup in the center of each cookie while the cookies are still warm and set aside to cool. After about 10 minutes of cool time, with the black icing draw 4 legs per side
