- Preheat oven to 325f
- Mix peanut butter, sugar, flour, and egg till combined
- Place dough in fridge to chill
- In a medium sauce pot melt sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips, and stir till combined – About 5 min
- Allow fudge mixture to cool in the refrigerator
- Roll peanut butter cookie dough into a ball and flatten in your hand, add a teaspoon of fudge mixture into the center, and wrap the peanut butter cookie dough around the fudge making into a ball
- lightly squeeze cookie with a fork and bake for 15-20min until lightly browned on edges
