Instructions

Mix graham cracker crumbs and butter, press into a lined 8×8 pan – use parchment to help with the removal when it is time to cut, set aside
Mix cream cheese, peanut butter, icing sugar till combined, add heavy cream and mix till smooth
Place over the Graham crumb crust and smooth out
Microwave 5 Snickers bars cut up into pieces with the remaining heavy cream till melted and smooth, allow to cool
Pour over the cream cheese mixture, refrigerate overnight
Cut into 16 pieces and serve
