  1. Mix sugar and eggs till combined, set aside. Place raisins in a bowl of water and allow to soak until you are ready to use them
  2. In a separate bowl mix flour, baking soda, salt until combined. Then mix with the wet ingredients, adding vanilla and raisins
  3. Cook in a pre heated oven at 350f for 25 min +/-

Notes

  • Best stored in the refrigerator till ready to eat!
  • Add and extra 1/2 cup of raisins (1cup total) for a vary raisin taste! Delicious but you should really love raisins to add extra
