Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350f and spray mini muffin pan with non-stick spray
- Cream together butter, peanut butter, and sugars. Beat in egg just until combined
- Add flour, baking soda, and salt – beat until combined
- Drop about 1 tablespoon =/- of dough into mini muffin pan rolled into a ball
- Bake for 12-14 min until the center is set and not gooey. Remove from oven and use a small round object to make an indent in the center while still warm.
- Let cool for 10 – 15 min before removing from the pan
- In a medium sauce pan combine chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over med heat and stir until melted and smooth
- Spoon the fudge mixture into the cookie cups or use a piping bag to fill. Chill for 30 min to set before serving
- Store at room temperature for several days or in a freezer for up to 4 months – thaw before eating

- If you don’t have mini muffin tins you can also use regular size muffin tins – the fudge puddle will be a lot bigger, but taste just as good
